I’m a little fed up with the cardio dance workout I’ve been doing so much so I’ve been slacking a bunch plus I’ve been considering changing my exercise routine for a while now. I’ve tried Belly Dancing before, but not like this one. These videos seem boring, but tell me that once you’ve actually tried it. I just started doing this today and I laughed a bunch ’cause after the 1st half of the 3rd video, I didn’t want to go on anymore! My legs were sooooooo sore and I kept laughing a bunch because I sucked at it so bad! I need endurance!!!! lol

A lot of people actually have tried this and said it worked really weel for them..so we’ll see what happens! I’m excited!
Update: after a few days of doing this, my whole body hurts!
